I need to know the lift capacity, horsepower and slowest possible speed of my MF 135. I want to run a spader on it and it needs to be able to lift 2200lbs and go a minimum of 2mph.

Hello,
Quite a lot will depend on the age of your 135.
Early ones up to around 1970 (in the UK)had a max pressure of around 2000 psi giving 2290 lbs of lift at the link ends. Later tractors with a 2550 psi system had a lift of 3120lbs.
Engine-wise early tractors had 45 HP and later 47 HP.

If you are running your spader at a minimum of 2 mph at full engine speed then you will need to use 2nd low. Forward speeds at this engine speed are; 1st 1.8mph, 2nd 2.6, 3rd 3.5, 4th 4.8, 5th 7.1, etc.
Hope this helps
DavidP, Happy New Year
