I have a massey 202 loader of unknown vintage or specs that came with a property I purchased in northern CA. It is in good shape--it runs great, has chalky paint and drips oil. Gas engine with low hours since rebuild. SN 304698--I would guess it is late 50's early 60's. Anybody know when this was built? What is the horsepower on the drive and PTO? Where can I find more about it? Where can I get parts?

I just purchased a Massey 202 and was wondering if I could get a copy of the operators manual? Thanks, John

I just bought a Massey 202 and I could certainly use a parts book because my tractor has some problems. Let me know what you want to provide that information to me.

Thanks,

Scott

The MF 202 has the same engine differential & some had the same 6 speed transmission as the MF35. Some had a manual shuttle trans. Other had a hydraulic shuttle that Massey called Instant Reverse. The later one came with 152 Perkins direct injection the early one had the Perkins 152 regular injection. The gas had a Z134 Continental. I don’t remember the exact horse power but I think it is between 35 & 40 37 I think. If I can be of further help email me.

Big Dean has memory like an elephant. I have the Z134 on my MF2135 and it's 37 hp.

I know that because I own one. Big Dean knows that because he just knows. :-)
