ANY IDEAS WHY MY LUG NUTS KEEP COMING LOSE ON LEFT FRONT TIRE???

Not seeing your tractor I really have no clue.

One thing to look for is the area the bolt's taper shoulder against in the wheel. If the wheel were ever accidentally left loose it could have worn that shoulder area and now the bolts bottom in the hole before it really tightens the wheel to the hub.

Hi,Agreed with TRK, once the wheel has been allowed to run loose once the taper seatings will wear and become oval. No matter how tight you make them they will never remain tight. Depending on the tractor it is ousually cheaper to replace the wheel. In the past we have machined thick thick 'washers' with a taper seat in them to match the nuts/bolts and then welded them to the wheel when fitted.....no problems after.
