Hi

I am looking at a 165 and 175 the 175 has been restored and the 165 hasn't has around 3000 hrs.

Are these good tractors? Can you get parts easy?

I currently have a oliver with a kelly loader that I cant get parts for I am looking to moving the loader over and selling the oliver.

What is a good price for the tractors

Thanks Brian

Best PS lube for 65
It pains me to post for this info but.... mine is a Barnes pump on a gasser. Is DEXRON III/ MERCON suitable to use and what would be the best fluid to use? Yes, I have owners manual but it is out of State and maybe out of date.

If one of the tractors has the later type "wet" brakes that is the one to buy. Wet brake tractors had a different more squared off trumpet housing on the back axle ,they are worth having.

From what I can tell it has a new tire on the rear and fresh paint. They both run out good. The 175 is around 6000 and the 165 I am thinking 4500.

So I am not sure on the restore the guy that has it doesnt know much about the tractor he is suppose to find out from the owner for me. The 175 is a car lot that is local to me and the 165 I found out from a friend.

What kind of "restored" job was done? Impossible to help you with prices without detailed information. Tractor jockey, farmer, original owner, dealer, auction? Tom
