We have a 333LP that probably needs a block. Found (have not looked at) a 30K Parts tractor. Could the block be the same?

Thanks for the help

the two engines are very different, but the 162 flat head will bolt into a 33, so I would guess it would go into the 333. the prop shaft might be a different length.

Not a chance. The 30's had a flathead Continental engine in them (valve in block) of probably 140 or 162 cubic inch displacement. The 333's had a 208 cubic inch displacement BUT also they were an overhead valve engine. The 333 engines were also made by Continental I believe but you'd never know it because it did not show up on the engine anywhere (like it did on the little flatheads of earlier years).
