A couple questions if you all dont mind.
I think I am confused, or others are about:
Jr
Sr
Super
Twin power.
And the different sheet metal variations.
I always thought that the Jr had the 4 cylinder Continetal. Sr had the 6 cylinder Continental, and the Super was the Twin Power Chrysler.
So whats the deal with the 2 different hood, grill and side curtain variations. Is the variation have something to do with the year?
Also I just bought a 101 serial number 257636 any idea what year and if it is a early one etc?
I now have 2 101's and my goal is to have a mint one someday.

Massey Collectors would show it to be a 1940
Super with the 201.3 Chrysler. Later the 201
was replaced with the 217 ci. Chuck

I concur that is a 1940 101 Rowcrop. They were called "Super" 101 at the advent of the 217 CI engine. My info comes from the Massey Tracor Data Book by Keith Oltrogge.
