Stopped by the local MF dealer this afternoon. He had what he called a MF20. It looked like a MF135, except it had a straight front axle, a foot pedal throttle and a shuttle tranny. It was also painted yellow. Is there such a creature as a MF20 fitting this description, or is it a MF2135? Is the model number on a data plate anywhere?

Yes, there is a MF20. They are considered industrial tractors, hence the Yellow paint. My understanding is that there were two models a turf model and the tlb(tractor loader backhoe) model. Both came equiped with a perkins engine, gas or deisel.

Hi, I'm working on an MF 20 Turf model. The clutch no longer works. IS there a clutch in it? Or is it a hydraulic transmission? Can you give me the name and telephone number of your local dealer that had one? Maybe they can give me some information. The model I have is a diesel engine, 4 cylinders, with a foot throttle. It's a six speed: 3 low and 3 high. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks.
