We have a M.H. 55 Gas that we are thinking of fixing up as a puller. Does anywone have one fixed up as a puller and what weight class did you get it in? I am hoping to get it down to 7500 lb.s is it possible? any info would be great. Thanks.

My Buddy pulls his 47 55GS with cast centers front & rear, 18.4x34 tires out back (no fluid), wheatland fenders. He removed the air cleaner assembly, runs a K&N clamp on filter, straight pipe, and pertronix and woops up in 7000# 5mph class. Good luck!

I made new hubs for front and rear to run stamped steel wheels. I run 16.9 38 on rear and 5.5 14 on the front. I have been pulling in 5500 lb classes for several years very successfully. Oh, I weigh about 250. Good luck You can give the M farmalls a fit.
