Can someone direct me to the pages which ID tractors and their engines. Also once I get the engine and tractor model figured out. Where I can get an short or long block?
Many Thanks,
Charles

I think you are looking for the tractor registry under research and info on the left side of this page. There certainly was a 333 and its engine number started with MEA but I believe it was followed by a 208 on the 333. Now the 33 did come with a MEA 201. Hope this helps, Aaron

Thanks Aaron,

I was going to take the plate off the side tractor but forgot to. I believe the thing is a 33, and now am going to see about finding an engine for it. It has a cracked block between the cylinders. Did the 2 photo of the mh22 get to you?

One of them did. You have your work cut out for ya, but paint and tires sometimes is the difference between zero and hero. I have seen the worst situation imaginable sold for top dollar with tires and paint, likewise I have seen many go for nothing that were needing little except TLC. Hope yours is the latter. I would hesitate to remove the data tag. I have yet to find mine. I packaged it up and stored it, but when I went to get it, I had moved it. I am extremely disappointed in myself in this regard.

Good Luck, Aaron

David,
Thasnks for the help. The # on the engine which I have now is, MEA201G8856. I'm at work anf that # was on a paper I have here. The other #'s are on a paper at home. The tractor is now 345 miles away(555.22368 Kilometers), the place on the side of the tractor was not readible, it started out with 333 or something like that. Really not sure at all what the MEA refers to.
Thanks,
Charles C.

Hi Charles,
We are still using miles over here.
Sorry but I can't help you any further on those numbers. Might be able to do something if you have the tractor model.
David P
