Howdy, I purchased this MH drill to put in alfalfa and milo food plots for our conservation program. We have repaired/rebuilt this and are ready to go, except. The settings chart does not give the setting for 22lbs of alfalfa per acre. It also does not give milo settings that I can find or read on the chart (it's a little rusty)
Any info or search direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks inadvance.alex

Hi Alex, Sorry I couldn't be more help. I looked
in a late model drill manual and it still doesn't
list milo. Hoping someone else would jump in.

Hi Chuck, It is a 308 drill. The 3 was under the nut holding the plate on. My plate shows (alfalfa with reducer) on the "small side of the feed wheel" but it only goes up to 6 3/4lb per acre on the 9 tooth sprocket. On the "large side of the feed wheel" chart it lists (left to right) Barley, Oats, Peas and then it is so rusted up I can't read anything. It appears that there is another column listed but I don't know what it is. I'm not sure of what reducer is either and how that would effect the settings. Would you or anyone venture a guess on what catagory milo might work in. Thanks....alex
