Hi everyone. It's been awhile.

I always figured that the value of something is what people are willing to pay for it. I never go by book values or what the manufacturer feels is the value.

After a hard year in 2007 and an extremely hard winter, we decided it's time to shut down our farm and move on.

I have a Massey 1135, New PTO clutch and all the PTO related bearings have been changed. The mechanicle lift pump has been replaced by an electical lift pump that turns off and on with the engine (no need for extra switches). The tires are better than 90% and the overall condition of this tractor is good. The multi power works excellent along with all the other hydraulics. It has a little over 5000 hours. Heater and radio work. The injection pump has been serviced and injectors cleaned. Very clean tractor.

My question is. If you were int he market for a tractor. What would you be willing to pay for something like this? I'm getting ready to sell it and I have no idea what to ask.

Thanks, too far from me. But go to your local Agco or other dealer and ask them what they would give for it, and then you know a real bottom price. Probably it is worth more than their figure, but you will have a floor.
