Hi Guys
Have just taken out all bolts from the oil pan to the engine block and have this free by about 1/2 inch but something seem to be preventing it coming off entirely. I think it could be something at the oil cooler side. Any ideas appreciated as I dont want to break anything. Also does anyone know the torque setting for the flywheel bolts.
Thanks for now.
Bill

Bill, I think you will have to change the crankshaft.I don't think the woodruff key will hold to pull the hyd. pump. Holm

Thanks this worked a treat, sump came off very easy. Next problem is the drive pulley for the vee belts at the front which are different as is the drive arrangment on the end of the crank. The tractor engine is splined while the combine has a wood drift key. Looks as if I am going to have get some fancy machining done.
Thanks again Bill
