LIFT WILL WORK AT LOW RPM BUT JUST AS SOON AS RPMS GO UP IT STOPS. YOU CAN WITH RPMS UP, PULL THE AUX LIFT LEVER AND 3 PT ARMS WILL MOVE JUST A LITTLE. JUST AS SOON AS YOU IDEAL THE ENGINE THE LIFT WILL RAISE. IT SEEMS LIKE IT COULD BE STAVING FOR FLUID. I JUST PUT THIS UNIT BACK TOGETHER AFTER PUTTING A BRAKE ON THE PTO HUB. EVERY THING WORKS FINE AS LONG AS THE ENGINE IS IDEALING

Hi,
It certainly suggests lack of oil. Drain the level to the bottom bolt on the side cover and remove the RH cover. Observe the operation of the pump lever. Should move rearwards with levers raised until arms reach selected height. It will then move forward to the vertical neutral position.
If you do not have this movement the problem will be in the lift cover. If you do it suggests lack of oil or a pump problem.
