Can anyone scan an exploded view of the factory 3pt hitch for a MH44 and send it to me? I don't have a later copy of the parts manual for this model that features this. I'm looking into getting a used one and want to know what I'm tackling before I drive a hundred miles to retrieve it.

thanks

They do have ones but ther were many aftermarket/homemade ones. There is issues where the pto is in top of tranny housing. There is one on ebay on a 44 for $4600 picture is fair.

Is there any way around the issue of the PTO being above the 3 point hookup? I have a 44 Special I would like to mow with but for the life of me can"t figure out how to get the mower hooked up because the PTO shaft and top 3 point mount cross.

Call up your agco dealer and get them to give you a login username/password for agcoparts.com

It has all the MF/Ferguson/MH parts catalogs on the net. you"ll also need to download a special viewer from adobe...follow the links

I know my year tractor wasn't available with a hitch, but I thought later 50's models had a "hitch-all" that could be used/adapted to mine.
