Help with an R or RTU question

I have become smitten with what I thought was an RTU. However, the serial number indicates that it is actually a model R. The serial number is RTU410971. Wouldn't that make it a 1945 model R. It has the tricyle front end and no lights. It has an autolite starter. Also, what is the correct color scheme for this tractor?

Thank you

Matt, The R stands for the model, The T is always for tractor, and the U stands for universal. MM used letters to tell what front end design was on their tractors. U for universal or narrow front end. S for standard or wide fixed width front end. E for wide adjustable front end. N for single front wheel.

I believe mike is mistaken with what RTU stands for. The R stands for the model of the tractor, the T stands for tractor and the U stands for Universal.
