Thought all G1355 tractors had the ampl-torqe. Apparently not. a gentleman has one for sale and he claims it only has the 6 speed trans with no ampli torque. Would this make it an industrial model?

The G-1355 was about 85percent Oliver with the engien being the 585 MM. As far as I was told, the white 2-150's could be had without the over/under by eliminating it with a shaft. So the tractor would be direct drive not having hte over or under. Top speed would be a little slower since there would be no overdrive. My stepfather was going to put a straight shaft because we thought the torque was slipping and it was just the clutch. At 225 Hp we had to put in a double disc to handle the power.

I thought all 1355's had the 3 speed hydraul. Never saw one with Ampli-torc or straight 6 speed.

Something sounds incorrect..... Our 1355 has 6 speed with over/under hydraul shift. Didn't know they came any other way.
