If I bore and sleeve a 206 L and put .040 over pistons in it what kind of horse power will I end up with ???? thankx jjw

I don't see your point in sleeving: the .040 pistons should work just fine if you just bore the blocks to fit them.
I've been told a 4-star had about 44 hp. A U302 is basically the same as a 445 with .125 over bore and with the same stroke and it develops in the neighborhood of 52hp. It also turns more rpm.
I really think a .040 overbore would show only a slight hp. increase if any, with all other things being equal.
