Hello everybody
I have a couple of questions about specs on 425 rods.
What is the length from center to center?
What is the ID of the wrist pin bushing?
What is the std size on the crank end?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

The 425's have two different rods for both spark ignition and diesel. The early non diesel one's used in the GIV and G 704 and powerunits of that age have the small rod journal dia like the U's it's the same rod as the U's. The first few (850) Diesels used in the GTBD and probably somepowerunits have the small crank pin dia like the non diesel with the big tops. The later 425's diesel used in the GB, GIV, and G704 and the non diesel used in the G900, G950 and G955 have larger journal dia's like the 336's and 504's.

I think all this information is right. Please correct me if it is wrong.

I think you have the wristpin bushing and rod journal dia. reversed.
