i enjoy tractor pulling a lot and often see rules about these 800 heads, but i do not know of an 800 tractor. what is this 800 number and what tractors did they come on? as always thanks for your time. eric

The 800's that they are talking about all of the time are 6 cyl. industrial power units. The later ones are the best to work with. HD-800 LP
You can do a lot of changing on Molines without to much of a problem as a lot of things are interchangeable. You could make a pretty hefty horse by taking a "U" -283 bottm block, HD-800 jugs and heads, a 403 crank/stroked and bolting this all into a 4 cylinder. If you have time and money, it's what is know as funnnnn nn...deadeye
