I pull M&M u&ub .My ub will power out in low gear in 7500# class on a power track with 282 &13.6x38 tires,4206 heads. My u has m5 blocks & 4210 heads with pop up pistons 15.5x38 tires you can't kill it in 1st.It will handle 2nd in the lighter class 5500&6000lb.but not above that.Pull div 1 with ub and div 2 with u.Working on a 403 crank in 282 crank case with m5 blocks not that expensive less than most.

Run a compression check. You might be low on compression. With a good engine it shouldn't run out of power in loose soil and good tires.
