I'm looking for information for a friend on a tractor that he received from an estate. It's a Minneapolis Moline EE with a serial number of 414367. Any information would be great. We don't even know the year. Please e-mail me.

Thanks,

Terry

Terry,
You're friend most likely has found a 1946 R model tractor. The EE engine was only found in the R model. The RE engine came in the ZT model tractor. The serial you listed is from a 1946 EE engine. Check the right side of the trans housing above the belt pulley and in front of and below the hand clutch lever. I think Kevin meant to say R in stead of Z in his post below but just wanted to clarify for you.

Brian

I believe the "EE" engine was used In the R Model, not the Z.

That is just a number off the engine is all. There is another one or should be one back on the trasmission housing by the brake pedal. It is a the motor number tells me that it is a 1946 and that it would be in a model "Z" tractor. That is if it has not been switched around.
