Was wondering if any of you might know what the MM UDLX went for that was in an auction at Booker, Texas this week? I saw the ad in the last Antique Power magazine. Any other of the rare stuff would also be interesting.

Yes i was there,$78000.00 + 6.5 % sales tax. Went to Wakarusa Indiana.
1951 Z was really a 1944 model. My dad bought it and it will go to Albany Mo.

Wow!!! Does that mean Lloyd Monroes will sell for $100,000 since it was the first one built #310001?I sure wish I had #310552 back.

Yes 1206SWMO, I think that means Lloyd Monroe's #310001 (the first UDLX) will bring over 100 G. I haven't seen anyone else predict it, so I'll go out on a limb and do so. It's not just the first UDLX but the first in the long line of U's, UB's, UB Specials, 5-Stars, M-5's, etc. Only thing I DO know, is that I'm not going to be the one to buy it.

Jim
