We are planning a tractor cade from Emporia, Ks to the Winfield Show approx. 130 miles. This is the second year for this event. We did it last year for the first time with 5 tractors participating. We had a scenic trip through the Flint Hills. We had a great time and there were people that came out and watched, took pictures, and 4 news papers wrote articules about it all. Hope to have more involved this year. It is a really fun experience. Contact us reguarding plains for this event at 620-343-1741 or you can email us at skw@osprey.net.

I forgot to mention the tractor-cade from Emporia
to Winfield. It inspired the "younger crowd" to
cruise down to the Sonic for dinner on Saturday.
We plan on doing it again this year.

I have a full set of early and late 50 series brochures that are framed. 4 bubble nosed and 3 flat nosed, seven in all on display. Would that be something of interest?

It would be to me. One thing I have learned about
tractor shows is - there is always someone that
will look at your "stuff". When we featured IHC,
my IHC Rodweeder drew as much attention as any
tractor. I have an Oliver springtooth with 5 foot
sections and 12 inch spacing between the teeth. I
also display the original sales literature with
it. Let me know if you can make it to the show and
I will get a place for you.

Sounds good. They don't take up much space. 7 standard 8 1/2 by 11 frames. I am taking vacation that week so I should make it no problem.
