Adding PTO to GB?

Looking at a GB. This particular example has no 3pt or pto. Can this be added relatively easily? Owner said it was a wheatland tractor made to pull implements around, but I think I have seen others with Live PTO. Also, this one susposedly has live hydraulics, capped off? Not sure what this means.

Also, general opinions on this tractor would be nice. Especially suitability as a general utility tractor, with property maintenance work.

I am getting ready to remove the PTO from my Gb as I am making it into an antique puller. if it is any good I would be willing to sell it. I live between Louisville and Lexington KY.
