Have an M670 super, with pump on front of engine. I had tele-flo off for repairs and such. I was flushing the milky oil out with kerosene and found big leaks in system. I now have the filter and some tubes off and cleaned. I want to run the kerosene thru the pump now. I can't run the engine and pump open like this. Can I pour flush solvent into the output hose near tele-flo front and have it run out the larger return hose below?? It's sorta backwards of the way it runs regular. Will there be any one-way valves that don't allow this to happen? I can pour it in hose with a funnel and use pan to catch out the big tube easily if this will work. Most pumped out when I blew a fitting, but I think some milky fluids still in the pump and lines that I want to get out before filling with new fluids.
