I bought a 670 Super with open center hydraulics several years ago that had a similar problem--It leaked engine oil profusely at the bell housing. After replacing the rear main seal to no avail, I started going over the tractor, and discovered that the transmission was full of black engine oil--I attributed this to the ignorance/cheapness of the previous owner. I also discovered that the hydraulic system was full of black engine oil--now I was convinced that this previous owner was really dumb! Anyway, I eventually found that the hydraulic pump, driven by the timing gear on the engine had a faulty shaft seal, and was sucking engine oil, pumping it into the hydraulic system. The hydraulic reservoir eventually overflowed, traveled through the breather pipe and into the rear end. The rear end/transmission gradually filled, and began leaking out around the Ampli-Torc seal.

You may also want to check shims and needle bearing in the back side of the Ampli-Torc cover.
Good Luck

Sounds like pilot bearing in flywheel is shot letting shaft wander around making it leak. Or transmission over full. I would start there if it where mine. Hope this helps.
