Actually, Andy, Everybody so far is right.

If its stock, it depends on what year it was built, and what cylinder heads it has. The early KEF engine "Straight Block" had limited choices for upping the HP with higher compression cylinder heads.
Later "Split Block" engines could be modified with stock parts (heads, manifolds, pistons, blocks from later tractors to nearly or maybe even more than double the posted 45 hp.

Used Tractor Guide indicates 45 HP.
