Lugging down to low speeds where torque increases would not be recommended, the hyd. type tend to be a little rougher on the shafts but it can be done. I have pulled 430+HP on the stock shaft, (I actually broke the dynos slip shaft) Take note to get the pto to dyno slip shaft lined up with as little angle as possible, do what ever it takes to get it close to straight raise the front of the tractor or the dyno etc. , That will help a lot and be cautious of demanding in and out of the throttle with the dyno loaded, Take the throttle up load it and take a reading then unload before backing out of the throttle.
