What is the head tightening sequence and torque value for a 1951 RTU? Is the throttle high or low with the throttle lever back? Thanks in advance.

If you start torquing in the center of each block, with the blocks loose on the crankcase (If they were removed) and torque in sort of a circle outward toward the edges of each block, you should be O.K.
The throttle can work either way, depending on which way the bellcrank was put in (The shaft above the transmission bellhousing.) Also, I have seen the throttle lever itself on either side. I like to have them push forward for open throttle, pull back to idle. I have 2 ZAs and one is each way, wouldn't take much to change, though.
