Kelvin, would you know the difference in size between the two venturi from a tsx67 & tsx68? Thanks in advance. Also if anyone else knows feel free to respond.

Its been a long time, but I think the TSX67 venturi is smaller than the TSX68. The 67 was used on 283cu in. engines and the 68 was used on 403 cu.in engines.

I had a carb (not a 68) with large venturi on my first U when I got it. I could get it to idle o.k. or to pull a load o.k. but it would always skip and blow a black ball of smoke when the governor opened. I suppose it was just getting too much gasoline.
