You will have to have water to the vaporizer/regulator before you can run LPG on liquid to get maximum power.

Water does not seem to make a difference. Reset the valves and does not seem to make a difference

Does the new regulator have a vacuum line from the intake to move the diaphragm in the regulator, did it crush the line right at the farrels when you installed it?If it does not have a vacuum line to the reg it uses the air cleaner oil resistance to move the diaphram. You may not be moving the needle far enough off of the seat to get enough fuel to her.The regulator may have a hole in the case to let air in on the opposite side of the diaphram,if the hole is plugged or painted shut, the diaphram will not move enough.Moline
