Looking for a water pump for a MM uni-tractor model L. Is it the same as any tractors? Let me know what you have or know. Thanks.

Try Wendel Everett @ MM 740-922-3335. He's been a great help with me to get parts for my uni.

It's the same as the R, Z, ZA, ZB, should be able to find one, possibly a kit, try the parts suppliers on the MM site parts suppliers page.

I don't think the Uni-Tractor water pump is the same as the others. One half is, but the part is not. I posted a pictures on "Parts & Pieces" of this website.

O.K. I don't have one, but the L's used 2 different engines. Early Ls engines used the same blocks as ZA or ZB tractors, with side valves. That back housing fed water into the side of the front block. (I don't know how the rear block got its coolant. Probably a steel tube ran around to it somehow.)

Later Ls engines used same blocks as 445 tractors with overhead valves. That back piece only fed water into a steel tube that ran around to the water inlet on the 445 blocks.

Those back pieces look externally identical, but may not be. You may need to know which engine you have to get the right part.

It may be a good idea to post another message looking for that part.
