Have tried pressurizing the cylinder. Am not able to build pressure, leaking somewhere.

Air pressure or hydraulic? You can get at least 10 times the pressure with hydraulic. I've used a lever type grease gun on the really stubborn ones.

The leak is probably at a valve. If not there and you can't see it coming out anywhere its probably cracked and the jug is probably no good anyway.

with the head on take a broken sprag plug and weld a grease fitting to it. install the plug in the head make sure the valves are closed and with a grease gun they will come right out.We had several stuck pistons in a R and a Z that came right out.It will work alittle quicker if you pack the cylinder with grease before you put the head on. It it will still take several tubes of grease.

Orange pop only works on Allis. You will need Mountain Dew for a Moline.

1. A buddy of mine filled the chamber full of grease. Bolted a steel plate with a grease fitting on top and pumped grease in it. Worked like a champ. 2. My father bought a tight (I mean tight) ZAU just a couple months ago. We made a jig that mounted to the connecting rod which had a 18" threaded connected. We put a old flywheel on the threaded rod put on a flat washer and nut and made a slide hammer. The ZAU is running today. I have a picture of it if you would like.

are the heads off of the engine yet, if so use a two by four and pound on the top of the piston and drive it down, It may take a few swings but it worked on mine, once it breaks free it shoud loosen up enough to pull them up the top of the cylinder. GOOD LUCK

YOu dont just use a 2x4 alone, hit the end of it with a deadblow hammer, or even if a bigger piece of wood will fit in there use it instead. I am pretty sure I used a 2x4 on mine, but you could use whatever fits in the cylinder. If you dont have a deadblow hammer use a regular sledge hammer or what ever you have, the piece of wood will give before you damage the cylinder or piston. GOOD LUCK.

Fill it with tranny fluid and let set a couple day and it should loosen up . I just did that with a 1941 that was stuck. It works

I've used turpentine and it works well. I've heard people using tranny fluid too.
