Hello all: I was wondering if there are any threshing shows coming up that are highlighting the Mpls Moline line of equipment. SouthWest Quarter of Minnesota or maybe far SE South Dakota. If so, could you post the general info of where and when... with maybe a website??? Thanks a lot for any help... agpilot

Although the Butterfield show is not featuring a specific tractor line, there is some early tractors preceding Minneapolis Moline there - 2 Minneapolis 35-70s, a Mpls. 40, Mpls 24 HP steam traction engine, Twin City 27-44. Also 2 large Mpls wing feeder threshing machines, one powered by the steam engine and the other with a 35-70. Show dates are Aug. 18 & 19.

I hope you all can make it to Prairie Village, it is an excellent show with lots to do and see. The MM club will do a fine job and put out an excellent display. Don't forget the Fri. night antique and Sat. night farm pull but be fore warned the Hotfoot sled on that track makes for a power eating combination, it bites hard!

Picked Madison SD plus... in reply to dennis Hoekstra, 07-15-2007 19:59:55
Hello Everyone: Wow: That's a great responce in 24 hours. I just got a call from the die-hard Mpls Moline person who lives back in the Twin Cities and he picked Madison. (Partly because of the town) We are keeping the entire list you guys made just in case there has to be a change in his time off or what ever might come up. I have a Winnebago and am real tempted to make a list of those shows with 3 days and take in 2 or 3 in one round robin trip... What better way to use retirement time? Thanks to all of you guys. ...agpilot
