My G705 runs great on vapor but when I switch to liquid, my
heat exchanger/regulator frosts up. Antifreeze flow freely from
both the inlet and the outlet. I also took the exhanger apart and sand blasted it so I know the exchanger is clean. Any ideas
about the water pump? The cooling system controls temperature perfectly at all outdoor temperatures and work levels that I have
used the tractor.

Thanks,

Thanks,

Hi, Is the water going to the vaporizer hot, Is the water coming off the vaporizer warm. I run my U on vapor all the time. The frost finely leaves the vaporizer after the engine is completely warmed up. My initial reaction is there is not enough warm water circulating through the vaporizer, something is restricting the water flow. Like a line is suffering from tuberculosis. The water pump must be in good shape otherwise the engine would overheat. Later, MM

Thanks for your advice. There is a point in the water line that
is crushed to about 50% opening. I will try replacing the water line.
The lines get warm after the tractor warms up but they don't get hot.

Thanks again,
