Was wondering how much interest there would be in the lower grille screens on tractors like Jet Star 3, U302s, M670s, G900s, and G1000s G1000Vistas. Its the screen that bolts up underneath the front grille, just in front of the front axle. Checking with a place to see if I can get the material to make up some.

i would be interested in 3 or 4 depending on what they cost. for some reason it seems like if the tractor was actually used on the farm the front are dented and dinged. nothing major but it doesnt look to good when you have a real nice, sharp tractor with a messed up grill screen. let me know if you get some made. -Eric-

Sure, we're interested. First go find the right sheets of metal mesh, see how much you can buy it for if you don't buy in large quantities, and then add your labor to it and tell us how much we can buy them from you for.
I think I remember waiting on you at a show. I believe my husband Clint charged you the whopping price of $8 for that piece. You'd better get a LOT of orders if you expect to sell them cheaper than that! Kelly

Maybe so....but it was my last name in question; not yours. I don't spend time on tractor chat sites cuz I'm not interested in prices from the latest auctions or help fixing a tractor. But when somebody alerted me that someone else thru a YT post wasn't pleased with something we sold, I wanted to set the record straight or as it turned out in this case to make it right with the customer. I'm not a farm girl, and 25 yrs. ago you couldn't have convinced me that I'd get in as deep with MM tractors as I am, but when I married a man who loves his Molines, I decided to support him in that hobby now turned business. We don't intentionally misrepresent what we sell and do want our customers, many of whom are personal friends all over the U.S. and Canada, to be satisfied. Anybody who knows us knows we wouldn't sell others anything we wouldn't accept ourselves. If I didn't care about reputation, I would let it bounce right off, but like you pointed out...I'm a "lady" and I want to make things right. I will be sending the customer a refund; it was our error.

I make several reproduction parts and understand finding the right supplies and the labor involved and having to buy a certain amount. Some of my parts I charge $50 each on but it takes me approximately 6 to 8 hours labor each on them so I know the labor involved. I had paid $15 on the screen.

I'm thinking of a guy at the Scottsbluff show that was the first and only one I remembered asking....charged him $8. But now I'm searching for your name in our customer data base. Found you. You requested 2. Should have been charged 2/$15. I charged you $15/ea. You later said you only wanted one. I didn't give you enough credit back. My mistake. You should have questioned me at the time. You now have a credit balance on account. Price is $8 or 2/$15. Kelly

No problem. I had mentioned to Clint at first when I talked to him I only needed one. He was the one that had told me $15. I dont expect any credit on the item. I have seen the front grille screens that you make there, they are very impressive and I do understand about the labor that goes into them.

Yes I bought one from him. He was going to make some up after I had talked to him. It was kind of spendy for what it was in my opinion. Just want to see how much interest there is in them.
