Do I have the last remaining UM5 on this planet? Did an entire site search of the archives with no mention of the beast. I would like to convert it to a 3 pt lift sys. And would really appreciate some feedback if any one has done this, It has a 6 diget serial number so I would think a lot of them were produced er maybe. jpr

Assembly, Operation and maintenance Manual No. S-134A does not mention anything but hand or foot lifts for this mower, they are so rare that to do anything but to restore to orignal and take to antique machinery shows would be foolish.I have only seen one in my life.

I've got a UM 5. I suppose it would be possible to convert it to 3 pt, as long as the hitch 'floated' - no down force. I'm looking for the parts to put a hydraulic cylinder on it. The repair manual lists some parts for hydraulic cylinder operation- but no part illustrated- Anybody got a picture- maybe we can fabricate them?
