Just read in our local Thrifty Nickle that someone local is selling a Minneapolis Moline 2890 combine with 13 ft. head, running, ready for harvest. They're advertizing it for $400 OBO. Sounds like a bargain. They say they can be reached late evenings (central time) at (402) 828-5475. This was in the October 1 issue.

I'll have to admit I don't know much about the combines Minneapolis produced. I didn't check it out further because I'm out of room for equipment. Anyone else out there that can answer the question?
