I have a U302 Super gas, 55 PTO HP. I havent had it for very long but it seems to be a very nice driving tractor with good power. I bought it with the idea of pulling a six row cultivator and it seems to handle that very well. Here are some serial numbers from the www.Minneapolis-Moline.com website;
U302 (GAS) ----- ----- --- 1964 27600001 - 27601000 1965 27601001 - 27601300 U302 SUPER (GAS) ----- ----- ---- 1966 27601301 - 27602300 1967 27602301 - 27602425 1968 27602426 - 27602759 1969 27602760 - 27602859 1970 27602860 - 27602969

U302 SUPER - DIESEL ----- ----- ----- - 1967 27700001 - 27700100 1968 27700101 - 27700150 1969 27700151 - 27700164 1970 27700165 - 27700190

U302 SUPER LP ----- ----- -- 1969 36100001 - 36100025 1970 36100026 - 36100050

If it is a U302 Super LP those are rare, looks like only 50 were built. Although in years 66-68 they may have just lumped LP in with gas serial numbers, but I dont know why they would have broken it out in 69. If it is a regular U302 I am not sure if there was a seperate serial number for LP or if they were included under Gas. Check the serial number and see what it is. Around here they seem to sell for $3000 to $5000.

LP NOT RARE!!!!! they were in the same serial numbers as the Gasoline. just like all other MM models. in 1969 MM (White) decided to seperate the LP serial numbers, therefore making it appear to be very few LP tractors built. - -MAJ
