I need to know what (c1s) from a mineapolis moline serial #

My father is restoring a 1958 mineapolis moline 5 star. He looked up the serial # and got 5 star 11200307 and when he looked that up he go 5 star (c1s)standerd gas. He wants to know what the (c1s) means. If you know please contact me as soon as possible please it is very important to my father and I. Is there any way to figure out what a serial# might be on a Model "R". My I.D. tag is only half there and, what is there is not legable.
If anyone can help I would be apriciative.

Krystal,

The C1S is just a model designation for the 5 Star gas Standard. Don't think it has any meaning other than to differentiate it from other models of that time period such as a 445 Utility being a B1P or a 335 Industrial being a A1W. Don't attach much, if any, importance to it. Just be glad you have a relatively rare tractor.
