I have the intake, exhaust and cross-over pipe from an M&W turbo kit for a four cylinder DIESEL Moline. I was wondering what other parts am I missing and what turbo they used. Also, how did this unit preform, add for horsepower and problems associated with the installation of a turbo on a four cylinder diesel motor? Thank you.

We had a M5 that had been turboed The turbo was gone when we got it. The bottom end of the motor was junk. The hood had a cutout around the air cleaner area. A turbo on a 336 engine would be a novelty, but for extra power, it is a waste

If you are planing on puting the turbo on to take tractor shows and not work it much, it would be ok. If you need more horsepower for work you would be better off geting a G900 or G1000.

KB,
The installations I am familiar with had a problem with the crankshaft breaking after a couple of years field use on M-5's. This was while turning out about 90-100 HP. I believe they originally used a Rajay turbo. The kit from M&W also included an exhaust elbow that bolted to the exhaust manifold and turbo as well as a larger intake tube and air cleaner if I'm not mistaken.
There was also an oil drain tube and some fittings etc for suppling oil to the turbo.
