Over a year ago I bought a 585 motor from them. They said it was taken apart and the oilpan and fuel system was missing.I asked if the crank was good and they assured me it was ok when I got the motor the crank was .040+ under and needed turning 2 heads were cracked the oil and water pump was missing. several block studs were gone.I called them up several times to at least get the missing parts they said they did not know where to get them. After 6or 8 months I called them and said that Ifound a crank for 500.00 and would settle for 500.00 of the 1500.00 I paid them.they said they would give me 250.00 if i sent the bad crank back and paid the freight of 150.00. So i told them just to send me a good crank and I would call it even. They told me i got a good deal on the motor any way. Guess I just had that comming HUH ? They have never called me or answered my E-mails I Live in NC so I cant just pay them a visit. Dave Neubert

Dave, I'm sorry about this situation, I've been looking for parts to take this problem, found some in mid Sept. Before I was able to do anything with them I was struck with a flu virus which in turn attacked my heart and destroyed it. Since then I've either been in the hosp. or clinics to find the problem. Ended with Defbrillator implant and serious meds. Have only energy enough to even to get to the computer maybe an hour a week and that is only the last 2 weeks. Box up all the parts and River Dale Farms will gladly refund your money. In 20 years of working with the tractor public we have NEVER intentionally ripped anyone off, whether locally or far away. Sorry, Dave, just return your parts. Thanks, Dale

Ralph, I, at this time do not recollect your situation. Email me to see what we can do. Sorry if you're not satisfied, but have the courtesy to let us why you're not satisfied. Also see above answer about my personal problem now. River Dale Farms always was, currently is, and always will be a very good and secure place to do parts business with. With my health problem my involvement in the business will expand greatly with internet service. Any one with problems with anyone doing business on the Net just let the individuals involved know and it probably will be handled to a satisfying result. Dale
