I don't really understand your post. Are you asking if you can just change heads and install an injection pump to make a diesel out of a gas? The 206 Diesels had much bigger piston pins, different, heavier rods and used different pistons. (Which I think are pretty hard to get.) Besides heads, I don't know what else was different.-except the diesel doesn't have a governor. the diesel uses a much bigger starter too, and dual batteries. You'll also need the little casting that takes the place of the carbruretor on the intake manifold. If you go the other way,Diesel to Gas, Of course you'll need to install a carbruretor. And a governor, linkage and all. It goes on the crankshaft, so you'll need to pull the front pulley and maybe the front off the tractor. My 206 diesel crankcase has the external hole for the link, don't know if machined inside for governor or not-probably is. Some other things to check: Block height might be different. Do pushrods interchange? I had a Jet3 diesel in the mid 90's with a blown engine and after looking at all this, I decided to find another gas engine.
