I returned to a pasture today I worked around nearly 3 years ago to find a hidden treasure I never knew was there (may not be a treasure either). However, I came across a pull type Moline disc. For a description, the main frame is 14" with spring loaded 3 ft wings. The front and rear main gangs can be adjusted to different angles. The one axle carries dual wheels and the 20" blades are set on 7 inch spacing. I would venture to say the bearings would need replaced because of the time it has sat. I think for where it is at as well as how long it has sat, it is in very good shape. The frame is a maroon color with yellow rims. If anyone is interested and you would like for me to find out some info on it, please let me know and I will certainly do it. I would rather see it go to a collector than the metal heap. So, what model is this disc? During what era/year(s) was it made? Thanks for your help and info.

sounds like a model "KW" Minneapols-Moline Disc Haoorw. built by Krause, for MM (White) in the mid to late 1960's. Should be Red framework, with Yellow rims, and stenciling. Definatly try ot save it from scrap iron. If it were in Minn. I'de be interested.

I agree with MAJ it sounds like a KW. If the wings locked down with a pin through a hole. If the wings lock down with a spring loaded latch it is a 263. However neither of these plows were built by Krause, only the first KA's were Krause built and none of them had folding wings.
