Be sure you are familiar with the differences between the series 1 (also known as "regular" M-670) and the Super series. The regulars began in late 1964 thru 65. They are good tractors but bulky for their horsepower. The hydraulic pump is rear mounted driven by a long shaft thru the transmission case. Older style power assisted steering. Operators platform is 4 inches lower than supers, which requires more foot lift to reach pedals. Large diameter steering wheel. 1966 - 1968 SUPER 670 went to full hydrostatic power steering, raised platform. Engine driven hydraulic pump. 1969 -1970 Closed center hydraulics added, and available 3 speed ampli-torc. THEY JUST KEPT IMPROVING THEM!!!! And the later they are the more pricey. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING!!! BEST GUESS for a nice regular is around the 3,000.00 mark top end. I have seen more than 1 super gasoline 670 priced in the 5500.00 to 6500.00. These were exceptionally nice in Northern and Central Illinois.

It really depends on the day. we bought one for $1700.00 with 2100 hrs on it. but the next day could of drove it to $5000.00. at an action anythings possible. My thoughts are its worth about $3500.00 to 4500.00

If it was me I would get it the M670 is one of the best tractors they built and a very versatile one too. I wish I had one but I do have a couple of its grandparents the 5-star and just love them. But that's my two cents worth.

Thanks freddie, I have a real soft spot for molines and have a chance at a 670 but don't have any experience with the newer ones. Art
