I found a MM combine stationary engine complete. Is there any value to these? Are they worth buying? I just hate to see it left behind!

Hi, The 186 engine was used in all the Z tractors from 1936 to the introduction of the ZA/the 206 engine. I even have a 1937 JTU with this engine. The stationary engine makes a very nice display for shows. I have one with the complete radiator shroud and air cleaner stack that I use as such. There should be a market for it if you don't want to keep it. John

it depends on the age of the combine engine?
The later engines were the same as a z engine the 206-4, they are always in demand. the earlier ones were like 185 cu. in. they were never used in tractors only the 165 and 206.. althought they can be, if it runs nice. so it is alway useful for parts. the G4 was the last self powered one with the 206 i think. the Z engine had a 5" stroke and the R had a 4" stroke the earlier combine engines had a 4 1/2" stroke.
