Is there a web site that has the history information (Like the changes and upgrades) of Ford tractors?

The closest I've found is this. Be sure to read all 3 pages.

As for live pto, yes the Jubilee/NAA was the first to have it available, but if you're looking to buy one, you'll be very unlikely to find a Jubilee with a working live pto. They were a bit fragile and no parts exist to repair them now. A better bet is to look for either a 660 (134 engine) or 860 (172 engine) built from '55 to '57. They look very similar to a Jubilee with some minor appearance differences but have several mechanical upgrades.
