I have been told that a 48 Ford F1 pickup radiator will fit the 9N or 8N tractors. Can this be true? Thanks for your help. Al

I don't know about Ford truck radiators fitting, but i got a chinese made aftermarket with the soldered copper inlet/outlet tubes. I was not to impressed with it. Had to change it out last week as the lower tube split. It was a poor fitting radiator too. Ended up buying one that Tisco sells by Rasa. I am impressed. the inlet and outlet tubes are cast just like the original. and it fits well. I put it next to my original which need a core and hard to tell the difference and it came with a repro winged radiator cap. all the others come without a cap.....
I will be looking further at Tisco repro items for my 'N'.
Good Luck

Don't think so. If memory serves me right the V-8 F series pickups of that vintage had big ol' radiators with two inlets and two outlets for coolant. The 6 cylinder version was about the same size as I remember. I had a 6 cyl F-4 of similar vintage and there is no way the radiator would interchange with an N. I have been wrong before. fwiw, ray
