Strange sidemount mower

I am going to try to put a side-mount mower on my
8N. All the time I thought it was a Dearborn 14-3
or 4. Turns out it has a plate on it saying built
by "Detroit Harvester". It uses many identical
parts as the 14-4, and differs mainly in the curb
lift assembly, mounts, and a few other oddities.
Has anyone here seen this mower before or know
anything about them? Thanks in advance.

I tried a side mount. Kind of slow but I could get through the big stuff.

Detroit Harvester made some Dearborn sickle mowers and possibly the pto rake.

Somehow I thought that Detroit Harvester was "allied" with Ford. If not as a subsidary, then as at least an implement manufacture for implements to supply to the Ford dealers. Am I wrong?!?
