I have a 1950-51 Ford 8N tractor, not running, with a loader and extra bucket I am looking to put up for sale. Can anyone give me an approximate sale value for these items. I would prefer to sell everything together. I am thinking of a range of $500-600 for everything. I am located in Onaway, MI. Thanks

The word 'nuts' comes to mind... Is this a charity write off or something?

If it were me, and if the tractor is easy to get running (barring major mechanical flaws), I'd get it running and sell the set for $2800 to $3200. Heck, I see tractors going at the local dealers here every week for 2400- 2500, without loaders or implements.

I'm in Michigan too.. I've never seen an N here for your low ball number.... And Michigan has a lot of em.

Best of luck to you.. Get some sleep, you'll feel better in the morning...

Jim

The old 8N and loader just sold for $600.00. Thanks for all your input.

There is an old farm up the road from me that has a non-running 8N, with a cultivator and plow, that just sold for $2000. That may be more than it is worth, but it proves some people have more money than sense.

Sure wish you were closer to Utah! I sold a Wagner loader for $400 all by itself....no tractor attached. You should be able to get $600 for that package by this weekend. I'd buy it just for parts.

You will do a lot better if you can make it run. If the tires are good and none of the cast is broken you are going to have several board members make offers at that price. What brand loader?

Your mileage may vary

The loader is made by Wagner Iron Works from Milwaukee, WI.
